SBS-MODIFIED BITUMEN SELF-ADHESIVE ROOFING AND WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE


Self-adhesive polyester-reinforced SBS-modified bitumen membrane ULTRAFLEX SA TOP is a roofing and waterproofing material designed for single-layer installation on unexploited flat roofs with a slope up to 5° (installation on roofs with a slope up to 22° is possible with an additional mechanical fixation on overlaps). Can be used for new construction or repair.

 

ULTRAFLEX SA TOP is used on low-shrink substrates, such as concrete, cement-sand screed, fiber-cement boards, cement-bonded particleboards and their analogs. Can also be used in flat roofing systems without thermal insulation with continuous decking made of OSB-3 or water-resistant plywood. In case of renovation, old roofing material should be removed completely, and the application substrate has to be prepared properly.

ULTRAFLEX SA TOP ผลิตจากยางมะตอยเอสบีเอสโพลิเมอร์โมดิฟายด์เสริม
ความแข็งแรงด้วยโพลีเอสเตอร์ ซึ่งทำให้วัสดุมีความคงรูปที่ดีเยี่ยมและมีความแข็งแรงเชิงกลสูง และยังสามารถทนต่อการผันผวนของสภาพอากาศ และทนต่ออุณหภูมิสูงได้เป็นอย่างดี

ULTRAFLEX SA TOP ถูกออกแบบมาส าหรับติดตั้ง เป็นชั้นบนสุดของอาคารสามารถใช้ได้ทั้งตึกใหม่ และตึกเก่าที่ต้องการการซ่อมแซม หรือบำรุงรักษาเป็นพิเศษวัสดุด้านบนชั้นหินฉนวน(Slate) มีคุณสมบัติพิเศษไม่ชอบน้ำ ทำให้ป้องกันการรั่วซึมได้เป็นอย่างดี พร้อมทั้งมีการเคลือบสารป้องกันความเสียหายจากรังสีอัลตร้าไวโอเลต ตลอดอายุการใช้งาน นอกจากนี้จากการที่มีคุณสมบัติกาวในตัวท าให้ติดตั้งได้ง่ายและรวดเร็ว ไม่ต้องลนไฟ และใช้อุปกรณ์หรือทักษะอื่นเพิ่มเติม

ติดตั้งโดยใช้กาวในตัว ไม่ต้องใช้แก็สและเปลวไฟ ทำให้ลดปัญหาควันเผาไหม้ กลิ่นเหม็นไหม้ และด้วยคุณสมบัติที่มีกาวในตัวทำให้สามารถติดตั้งได้กับพื้นที่ติดไฟได้ง่าย เช่น แผ่น ไม้อัด OSB เป็นต้น
ด้านบนปิดด้วยวัสดุเม็ดหินบะซอลต์เนื้อหยาบ ที่มีการเคือบสารพิเศษที่ไม่ชอบน้ำ ช่วยป้องกันปัญหารั่วซึม และความเสียหายที่เกิดจากแสงอัลตราไวโอเลต (UV) ตลอดอายุการใช้งาน
